He is a founding partner and President of Management Psychology Group, a consultancy with a broad base of national clients. The firm specializes in executive selection and development, selection systems development and validation, survey research and general organizational psychology consultation.

Patricia Pope has built a comprehensive personnel diversity business along with her late husband, Merlin G. Pope, Jr. The Cincinnati-based firm was founded in 1976. Merlin coined the term "diversity" as the industry got started. Since then Pope & Associates has introduced thousands of managers and employees from numerous Fortune 500 companies to diversity training, consulting and measurement processes that maximize worker productivity.

Patricia's training and consulting strategies assist organizations with creating an inclusive workplace that maximizes the performance of all employees. Pat plays a dominant role in developing comprehensive diversity training and awareness programs that have been hailed as “life changing” by managers and employees from companies such as the Procter & Gamble Co., Eli Lilly & Company, Yale-New Haven Hospital, General Motors, Chevron Products Company, 3M Corporation, Johnson & Johnson and many others.

Valarie King-Bailey is chief executive officer of OnShore Technology Group, an independent, Chicago-based engineering and I.T. organization dedicated to keeping technology and engineering jobs on America’s shores. Ms. King-Bailey holds an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

She has held numerous Director and VP level positions in I.T., marketing, and engineering. She is a frequent guest lecturer at industry forums and is recognized for her experience in developing innovative product strategies for progressive companies seeking to capitalize on current market trends. She has won numerous awards for her contributions and is well known throughout the industry.

Doug is the Managing Director and Leader of The Kaleidoscope Group with more than 25 years of diversity experience. Doug has 15 years of experience in the field of diversity consulting. Prior to joining Bea Young Associates in 1993, Doug was a consultant with Harbridge House, Inc. for three years. As one of two principal owners of The Kaleidoscope Group, Doug has assisted numerous organizations to effectively address their diversity needs. By working closely with each client, Doug helps them to create a custom strategy that establishes a benchmark and an action plan that addresses their specific cultural change needs. He has extensive experience in working with senior executives to champion diversity and develop commitment and enthusiasm among all employee groups.
